Introduction
Cells Cart is a Framer plugin that adds a shopping cart system to Framer sites. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website. By accessing our site, you agree to this policy.
What We Collect
When you purchase a license, Lemon Squeezy — the payment processor — collects your name, email address, and payment details. We receive from Lemon Squeezy only what is needed to validate your license: the license key and its associated expiry date. We do not store your payment information.
When the plugin is active in a Framer project, it stores your license key and project ID in that browser's local storage to avoid requiring re-activation on every open. This data never leaves your machine to our servers.
What We Don't Collect
Cart data from your visitors stays entirely in their browser's local storage and is never sent to us. When a visitor places an order, that order is submitted directly to a Google Apps Script you configure and deploy yourself — it goes to your own Google Sheet, not to any Cells Cart server. We have no access to your orders, your customers' names, emails, or any other checkout data.
License validation
When you activate or the plugin revalidates a license key, a request is sent to a Cloudflare Worker we operate. That request contains only the license key and is proxied to Lemon Squeezy's validation API. We do not log or store these requests beyond what Cloudflare retains in standard infrastructure logs.
Third parties
Lemon Squeezy handles all payments and is subject to their own privacy policy. Framer hosts the components and the plugin marketplace. This documentation site is built on Framer and subject to Framer's privacy policy. We do not use any analytics services or advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
This documentation site may use cookies set by Framer as part of their hosting platform. We do not set any additional cookies ourselves.
Children's privacy
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no online transmission is 100% secure.
Your responsibilities
Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place.
