Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using the Cells Cart plugin, you agree to these terms. Please read them before activating your license.

What you're purchasing

Cells Cart is a commercial Framer plugin. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the plugin in one Framer project. If you want to use it in additional projects, each project requires its own license activation.
The license is non-transferable and is tied to the Framer project it was activated on. You shall not sublicense, resell, or redistribute the plugin code or components.

Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy and are subject to their terms and refund policy. We do not handle payment information directly.

What's included and what isn't

Cart Engine script
All Triggers
All Display components
Google Apps Script sources for order logging and email confirmation
All future updates of the plugin and all the components

Setup — including deploying the Apps Script, configuring your Google Sheet, and connecting the Apps Script URL to the plugin — is your responsibility. Documentation is available at the website.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Configuring and maintaining your own Google Apps Script deployment
The accuracy of orders logged to your Google Sheet
Email delivery to your customers (handled by your own Gmail account or third-party email provider)
Ensuring your Framer site complies with applicable laws, including consumer protection and privacy regulations in your jurisdiction

Cells Cart provides the tooling; what you do with it is your responsibility.

The plugin is provided "as is." I make no guarantees about uptime, error-free operation, or compatibility with future versions of Framer. Google Apps Script email delivery depends on Google's infrastructure and is outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cells Cart and its creator are not liable for lost orders, failed email deliveries, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the plugin.

Intellectual property

The plugin code, components, and documentation are the intellectual property of Cells Cart. You may not copy, decompile, or redistribute them outside the terms of your license.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance.
